The first step is to get in touch via email or our enquiry form. We will then give you a call to discuss all your information and ensure we are the best match for your needs. You will then complete an online intake form ahead of your initial appointment. During this initial session, we will conduct a thorough evaluation and develop a personalised plan for assessment and intervention based on your needs and goals.

Yes - we provide assessment and therapy services for self-managed and plan managed NDIS clients.

Katella Speech Therapy is a registered service provider with Medicare. A partial rebate for allied health services through an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan is available through Medicare. Speak with your GP to see if your child is eligible. 

Katella Speech Therapy is a mobile practice, offering assessment and therapy services in your home, as well as childcare centres, kindergartens and schools.
 

Katella Speech Therapy is based in the Yackandandah/Myrtleford region, but can travel to other areas, including Albury-Wodonga, Beechworth, Bright, Chiltern and Wangaratta.

Yes, telehealth can be used for initial assessment and therapy sessions. Telehealth appointments can be conducted over the phone or via video link. For video sessions, a link will be sent prior to your appointment. Telehealth appointments are billed at the same hourly rate as a face to face session. For further information or to find out if telehealth would be suitable for you and your family, please contact us.

If you contact us more than 24 hours before your appointment, the cancellation fee will be waived. In the event of a late cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to a standard consultation fee will be charged. Further information is provided in our service agreement.
